Fall is here and this is my favourite time of year! Fall is a great reminder to embrace change. The season changes, the weather changes, daylight hours change, and the colour of the trees change. One of the nicest ways to embrace some change is how our food preferences start to shift to desire more warm and hearty foods.

I’ve been experimenting with some new flavours in the kitchen and I want to share this recipe with you! This is a super nutritious and tasty side dish or a quick and easy lunch on it’s own. Quinoa is the star of this dish and it offers a great source of plant-based protein. This dish will have you ready for fall with it’s warmth and natural sweetness.

Remember, you can do anything, you just have to put your mind to it!
