Welcome,
My name is Stephanie Hill. I’ve been a dietitian now for twelve years and I have worked in a number of different areas, including research, mental health and addictions, and diabetes. While I have loved all of the areas I have practiced in, I am most drawn to working with women who have struggled with overeating, emotional eating, and dieting. I teach women to break away from these behaviours through a combination of my skills as a dietitian and my personal experience struggling with food, dieting, and weight.
