Private Coaching

My main coaching work is for women who want to stop overeating, avoid health problems, gain confidence, and love their bodies again.

I do offer other coaching programs as well, please email me to inquire about my other specialities.

 

In my private coaching, I combine my experience and knowledge as a registered dietitian and nutritionist, with my own experiences dealing with disordered eating to help women move past overeating, binge eating, and unhealthy relationships with food.

I offer a supportive and judgement-free space for women. I know that talking about your nutrition and food choices can feel really scary and uncomfortable. I’ve been in your shoes before and my heart is full of compassion for everything you are feeling and experiencing. 

My approach is focused on positive improvement and personal growth. The people who work with me want to transcend their typical ways of relating to food and their bodies and move towards a more harmonious relationship with themselves.
